A 2-Day Workshop

The number one fear or the American public is speaking in front of groups. Yet, if supervisors, managers and sales people are to successfully develop your business, they must gain confidence not
only in their technical expertise but also in their ability to persuade and influence groups within your organization to take appropriate action.

Dynamic Presentation Skills is designed to help your employees develop the skills and confidence necessary to have this positive impact. Through behavior modelling, instructor feedback, video review, and peer critique; each participant will learn techniques, gain confidence and increase his or her ability to:

• Capture an audience's attention and hold it throughout a business presentation
  
• Manage the fear associated with presenting and develop confidence in his or her ability to speak in groups of people
  
• Use voice and body to add excitement, enthusiasm and impact to his or her message
  
• Assemble a presentation so that the organization of the message adds to its impact
  
• Gain composure and confidence in his or her ability to convey messages professionally
  
• Show poise in handling questions and answers; and do so without losing audience interest
  
• Confidently use audio-visual aids to increase the impact of presentations
  
• Handle typical interruptions while staying on subject 

Dynamic Presentation Skills is delivered in two days by one instructor to a group of up to 10 participants. Each participant will be videotaped at least 5 times. The course is designed so that participants can see the instructor model the skills associated with an effective presentation. The class is then conducted in a supportive environment where participants are encouraged to experiment. At the conclusion of the course, each participant keeps a videotape record of all of his or her presentations. This tape serves to document progress and can be viewed by the participant at any later time to reinforce learning.
